You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Service providers must complete our verification process, maintain valid insurance coverage, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Providers are independent contractors, not employees of Jobzy.
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Service fees are clearly displayed before booking confirmation. Refund policies vary by service type and cancellation timing.
Jobzy acts as a marketplace connecting customers with service providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
